About 2 lbs of potatoes 1/4 cup milk 1/2 tsp salt 2 Tbsp melted butter 1 beaten egg 1 – 1/2 cup sour cream Peel and quarter potatoes. Cook until tender, drain, place in a large bowl and add milk, salt, and 1 Tbsp butter.

1 can crescent rolls ½ cup pumpkin puree 4 tbsp light brown sugar 1 tsp pumpkin pie spice ICING: 3 ounces cream cheese softened 1½ cups powdered sugar 2 tbsp unsalted butter melted 1 tsp vanilla extract 1 – 3 tbsp milk 3 tbsp will make it runnier, 1 tbsp will make it more like frosting Preheat oven to 350 F. Grease a 9” pie
